Who We Are
VeeKrypt is a leading cybersecurity company with its headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia. Founded by legendary software architects and Silicon Valley veterans, the company is affiliated with the Georgia Institute of Technology’s prestigious Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) Accelerate program, the state of Georgia’s technology startup incubator. ATDC Accelerate is the incubator’s by-invitation-only mid-tier offering for promising technology startups in Georgia.
VeeKrypt’s leadership team includes business executives like COO, Bruce Cadkin, DBA, who over a 20-year period, founded, scaled and exited one of the largest companies in its industry segment, and legendary software architects who previously held key positions at various Fortune 100 companies in Silicon Valley including Oracle Corporation, Cisco and SAP.
Bass Zanjani
Chief Executive Officer
Bass is an entrepreneurial business and transformational executive with over 20 years experience scaling companies and leading transformational ventures. His M&A background includes founding two M&A advisory firms. In this role he managed U.S M&A for $5B AUM foreign family office culminating in biotech platform acquisition. His capital raise track record includes $15.5M through EB-5 foreign investor program for 7 projects and successfully closed on $50MM venture fund. His management and consulting background include leading a turnaround venture for largest health care center in Minnesota, change management and post-merger integration of a business division for a top 100 financial services firm and has stood up private equity segments for three top 30 accounting firms. He has led national business development and deal sourcing for professional services firms and for private equity. Bass has his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Minnesota
